Clear COD delivery and exchange rules for Bangladesh orders.
Delivery
- Cash on Delivery available nationwide.
- Dhaka area: typically within 24–48 hours after call verification.
- Outside Dhaka: courier handoff after verification (usually 2–5 days).
- Free delivery applies when your order meets the store free-shipping threshold.
Cash on Delivery
- Our team calls to confirm address and size before dispatch.
- You may inspect the parcel with the courier before paying (standard COD practice).
- Please keep the correct cash amount ready for the rider.
Returns & exchanges
- Size/exchange requests: contact us within 24 hours of delivery with Order ID + photos.
- Items must be unused with tags attached.
- Wrong item / defect: we arrange pickup or courier return after verification.
- Sale / clearance pieces may be exchange-only — we will confirm on the call.
